Four days had passed since Leone’s clone and his vassals had left for Eden.

Their journey had been smooth sailing so far. They were well-stocked on food and water, and nothing had blocked their way.

“Understood,” Tianna promised.

Suddenly, they heard a knock coming from the door of the carriage.

“Who is it?” Leone inquired.

“It’s me, Jason,” Jason answered. “May I enter, Great Chieftain?”

“Come in.”

“Thank you.”

Since the entourage had stopped to take a short break from their journey, Jason decided to check up on Leone’s clone, as well as Natalia.

However, it wasn’t only him who had entered the carriage.

Elias was also there.

“I wish I could stay here as well during the journey,” Elias said as he sat on one of the couches as if he owned the place. “Is it really not possible for me to purchase one of these carriages from you, Leone?”

“Even if you purchased one, you wouldn’t have any Drakes or any other monsters to pull them for you,” Leone replied.

This wasn’t the first time Elias had asked to purchase the house-like carriage from Leone.

Still, every time he was rejected by the young chieftain, his desire to have one for himself only grew inside his heart.

“Is he better than me?” Elias asked with genuine curiosity. “Better than the heir of the Grimhowl Tribe?”

“In my eyes, he is,” Natalia answered.

“Is he in Eden?” Elias smiled faintly. “If possible, I want to meet this man whom you are very proud of.”

Jason felt the same way.

He wanted to meet the person who managed to win his close friend’s heart. And if possible, he wanted to tell him how lucky he was because Natalia was not only beautiful, but a kind, loyal, and exceptional lady.

Fortunately, the break ended a few minutes later, so Jason and Elias were forced to leave the carriage behind.

“You better stay here until we reach Eden to avoid problems, Natalia,” Leone said in a serious tone. “Although I’m sure Elias wouldn’t dare to go that far, you mustn’t give him a reason to try.”

“Thank you.” Leone smiled back. “We will need all the luck we can get.”

Their journey then continued without mishaps, and even Elias behaved after being talked to by Leone.

Six days later, their caravan finally saw the walls of Eden, which made Kael, Ulric, and Jason brace themselves for what was about to come.

After all, they were the representatives of the Aslan Tribe. No matter what happened, they had to show everyone that they were a tribe that no one could look down upon.
