The moment the scouts of Eden saw the caravan of the Aslan Tribe, they immediately informed their superiors, who then passed the news to the chieftains who were currently residing within the city.

“They’re finally here,” Jafar said to Troy, who sat on a makeshift throne inside his residence in the city.

“Took them long enough.” Troy smirked in response. “Well then. I wonder what kind of mess that brat will make now that he is here in Eden? But that is, of course, only if he survives long enough.”

Jafar smiled faintly. He also looked forward to Leone’s shenanigans. That said, the threat of the young chieftain’s assassination was also on the table.

Though one thing was for sure. That assassin would never come from the Darkmane Tribe.

Although Jafar and Troy didn’t say it out loud, the chieftain planned to officially announce that the Darkmane Tribe would ally with the Aslan Tribe during the Tribal Gathering.

After all, there was no better place than the Tribal Gathering to make this declaration.

Troy and Jafar could already imagine the shocked expressions on everyone’s faces once he made that declaration.

“Shall we go and meet them?” Jafar asked. “According to the scouts, they will arrive in half an hour.”

“Might as well.” Troy stood from his throne and left the room with steady strides.

Jafar followed behind him, wanting to welcome the young chieftain who had given him and Troy a second chance at life.

Soon, the news of the Aslan Tribe’s arrival spread across Eden like wildfire.

The armies stationed around Eden had heard the tales of the fight against the Monster King.

They had even heard that the Aslan Tribe won the war against the Darkmane Tribe, a feat no newly formed tribe could achieve so easily.

That being so, more people gathered on the ramparts of the city walls, waiting to watch the representatives of the Aslan Tribe as they entered the city gates.

Suddenly, they heard the sound of drums and music coming from the caravan that was only a kilometer away from the city gates.

Kael wanted to create a strong impression, so he asked the warriors of the Aslan Tribe to play their war drums to announce their arrival.

Unfortunately, this ticked off the Guard Captain manning the gates. Wanting to bring down the Aslan Tribe a peg, he ordered his men to close the gates, preventing them from entering the city.

It didn’t escape the notice of Godwin, Hagen, Troy, Malik, Duncan, Oswald, and Garen that the gate was closing. Still, they didn’t say anything to stop it from happening.

That’s because the current Regent of Eden was none other than the Warclaw Tribe.

This meant that the guard captain was a member of the Warclaw Tribe whom Godwin had personally assigned as the city’s protector.

“Halt!” the Guard Captain, who went by the name Mor Ohn, shouted. “State your name and affiliation!”

Elias, who seemed to understand what was happening, smiled faintly as he ordered his people to move to the side of the gate.

On the other hand, the leader of the Warclaw Tribe warriors that had departed from the Aslan Tribe with Leone frowned at the unpleasant treatment they were receiving.

“Are you blind?!” the captain asked. “Can’t you see our banners?! You dare close the gate before us?!”

Hearing the captain’s reply, Mor Ohn frowned. They were both members of the Warclaw Tribe, so he was too keen on escalating a conflict between their two sides.

Opening the gate right away would make him look like a fool in front of his men, so he decided to use logic to overcome the situation.

“Of course, I know you hail from the same great tribe!” Mor Ohn replied. “Closing the gate wasn’t because I didn’t want to welcome my brothers. Instead, it’s because I see a banner I have never seen before. It looks very suspicious!”

“Y-You!” The captain pointed back at Mor Ohn as if he was looking at the biggest fool in his life. “This banner belongs to the Aslan Tribe! A tribe recognized not only by our chieftain, but the rest of the chieftains of the Borderlands. You dare insult their honor?!”

“No one is insulting anyone.” Mor Ohn waved his hand dismissively. “I just want to know if they are truly friends or foes. At the very least, they must introduce themselves! Isn’t that the proper way to handle this matter?”

The captain of the Warclaw Tribe escorts was about to say something in response, but a hand rested on his shoulder at that moment.

“I apologize, Lord Kael.” The captain of the Warclaw Tribe, who had escorted them all the way from the Aslan Tribe, bowed his head. “I didn’t know they decided to assign a fool to guard the gates at this important time.”

“Hahaha! Worry not, my friend,” Kael said with a smile. “I’m sure they just want a simple greeting from us. Since that is the case, then we will give them the greeting that they want. Now, please tell your people to move to the side. We don’t want them to be hurt now, would we?”

The captain didn’t know what Kael planned to do, but since he was asking them so nicely, they decided to obey and move to the side.

Soon, it was only the members of the Aslan Tribe that were standing a few hundred meters away from the city gates.

Then, all of a sudden, the door of the carriage opened as a young man stepped out of it.

Leone’s clone, who was currently moving independently, looked at the city gates and casually flipped his hair.

Tianna stood a few meters behind him, wondering what this unpredictable clone would do in this situation.

“Kael, report to me what is happening right now,” Leone’s clone ordered.

“Great Chieftain, they refuse to allow us entry to the city because they said that we need to introduce ourselves,” Kael answered respectfully. “It seems that they don’t know the popular saying that great men need no introductions.”

“Hoh? They want us to introduce ourselves properly, eh?” Leone’s clone smiled evilly. “Well then. We should oblige, right?”

“How should we proceed, Great Chieftain?” Kael asked.

Leone pointed at the city gates in front of him. “Do all of you see that gate?”

“”Yes, Great Chieftain!””

All the warriors of the Aslan Tribe answered in unison.

“Well, I don’t want to see it,” Leone’s clone declared.

Kael blinked once, then twice, before realization dawned upon him.

“As expected of our Great Chieftain!” Kael said with a smile. “This humble Kael obeys your command!”

Kael then approached Khan and told him something.

An evil smile soon appeared on the Orc Warlord’s face as he passed the message to the two shamans who had come with him to serve as Leone’s bodyguards.

When everyone finally heard Kael’s secret message, the shaman moved back towards Leone and bowed to him respectfully.

“The preparations are already done, Great Chieftain,” Kael said. “Please return inside the carriage and watch it from the rooftop.”

“Good.” Leone nodded. “Come, Natalia. We are going to watch something very entertaining.”

Tianna blinked in confusion, but still followed Leone back inside the carriage.

A minute later, the Drakes pulled the carriage away from the city gates.

The warriors of the Aslan Tribe also backed away during that time, distancing themselves from the city.

By that point, the Guard Captain of the Warclaw Tribe, Mor Ohn, thought that he had scared the people of the Aslan Tribe away.

’Just a little intimidation and they’re already retreating?’ Mor Ohn thought to himself. ’It seems that the story about the battle against the Monster King was just pure exaggeration. Leone Frontera of the Aslan Tribe is no one special!’

However, there were a few people who didn’t share the same opinion as the Guard Captain.

“I have a very bad feeling about this…” Duncan muttered.

“You too?” Oswald raised his arm. “I’m getting goosebumps. This is not good.”

“Oh sh*t…” Garen said while using the telescope that had been gifted to him by Leone.

“What’s wrong?” Oswald asked. “What do you see?”

“You should see this,” Garen replied and handed the telescope to his friend.

Oswald peeked through the telescope to better understand why Garen was panicking.

Then, the moment Oswald realized what was about to happen, he returned the telescope and started running away, telling his people to flee from the ramparts.

Garen followed behind him and did the same.

Seeing their reaction, Duncan suddenly thought of a possibility.

“M-Madness!” Duncan gasped. “Everyone, retreat!”

Troy and Jafar, who had also noticed that something was wrong, decided to trust their instincts and left the ramparts just like everyone else.

Godwin glanced at Malik, who was also about to retreat as well.

“Are you thinking what I’m thinking?” Godwin asked.

“Yes,” Malik replied. “You should know by now that the Aslan Tribe doesn’t follow the logic of the Borderlands.”

Hagen, who was standing a few meters away, was about to tell Gundar to put a stop to this farce.

However, to his surprise, the great shaman’s spot was empty, and he was nowhere in sight.

Just like everyone else, Gundar had also retreated to the safety of the city.

He didn’t like the way Mor Ohn treated the Aslan Tribe, so he decided to turn a blind eye on whatever they planned to do.

Hagen sighed internally and glanced in Godwin’s direction. “Make sure to clean up this mess afterward.”

After saying those words, he left without looking back.

While everyone was retreating from the mighty walls of Eden, the Aslan Tribe had finally finished setting up the five Fireshard Catapults they had brought with them in this journey.

When Tianna finally realized what was happening, the only thing she could do was cover her face with her hands.

“Great Chieftain, we are ready!” Kael reported.

“Well then. We shouldn’t keep them waiting any longer,” Leone’s clone replied. “Open fire!”

“Open fire!” Kael repeated.

Soon, five blazing fireballs flew toward the city gates.

Mor Ohn looked at this scene with wide eyes because he never thought that the Aslan Tribe would “introduce” themselves in this manner.

“Ruuuuuuuuuuuuun!” Mor Ohn shouted before running for his life.

That was the last word that left his mouth before a thunderous explosion sent him and his men sprawling on the ground as the city gates of Eden were completely obliterated because of his pettiness.

This event would eventually be recorded in the history of the Aslan Tribe as one of the most memorable events that happened during the last Tribal Gathering that was held in this generation.

From the rooftop of the carriage, Leone’s clone watched the destruction unfold.

The gates that blocked their path were gone.

Their “introduction” had been delivered.

By now, everyone inside Eden knew that the youngest chieftain in the Borderlands needed no introductions.

Unfortunately, Mor Ohn learned this lesson too late.

Because of this, he would have no choice but to beg for forgiveness from the petty clone of the Chieftain of the Aslan Tribe, who liked to see the world burn right before his very eyes.
