The Golden Lord Has A Perverted Sss Rank Summoning System Chapter 446
Hilda, the divine shipbuilder (01)[ … words ]
[ … words ]
[For those who read Chapter 445 early, I’ve tweaked the design of the police uniform a bit, since the previous one wasn’t quite right. The new design is on Discord and in the comments section of the previous chapter, if you’d like to take a look.]
The armor Garrick had prepared for the Goldenveil cavalry was a deep silver, its metal gleaming under the orange light of the warehouse.
The heat from the forges at their backs still hung in the air, heavy with the smell of charcoal and hot metal, and every polished plate seemed to catch fire under that glow. Somewhere behind the wall, hammers kept ringing against anvils in a steady, tireless rhythm.
It wasn’t as heavy as the armor worn by the Order of the Green Sentinels, weighing roughly the same as a centurion’s set.
Golden runes and Dwarven script ran across the entire body of the suit, every single line carefully imbued with Garrick’s aura.
On the closed helmet, two golden feathers swept backward, one on each side of the visor.
Ethan stepped closer and ran his fingers over one of the runes on the breastplate. The metal was still warm, and the aura engraved into it hummed softly beneath his touch, a faint tingle crawling up his fingertips.
A red cloak hung from the shoulder guards, and beside the armor lay a long sword and five cavalry lances, all with black shafts and golden blades.
The lances would be stored in the knights’ space rings, ready to be swapped for the sword whenever needed.
To the right, on a massive wooden mannequin, stood a second set of armor—this one clearly made for a four-legged animal, its silver plates joined to a golden cloak.
That was definitely not meant for a horse. It was far too tall, the animal’s head sitting more than two and a half meters off the ground.
In an earlier conversation, Arwen had given him a long list of animals that could be brought into the Goldenveil cavalry, all of them useful for fighting in both the forest and the plains.
In the end, he had settled on a creature called the Emerald-Eyed Stag. They were beautiful animals, taller and heavier than the Giant Green-Horned Wolves, though not as intelligent or as strong.
Still, they could wield nature magic to a certain extent and were extremely agile among the trees.
Their greatest strength, though, was how easy they were to tame. They formed bonds of companionship far more easily than the wolves of the Green Sentinel Knights.
“Is this suitable?” Garrick asked, rapping his knuckles against the breastplate.
The clang of metal rang through the warehouse, and the blacksmith puffed out his chest with pride.
“I already have all the materials organized. As soon as you give me the go-ahead, I’ll start production. Five thousand pieces of armor by the end of this month!”
“Very well.” Ethan nodded, satisfied, and opened the system inventory. In a single go, he used up all of his common gacha tickets, more than five thousand of them.
A flood of notifications rolled past his eyes. Buried among countless less important items were over a thousand metric tons of mithril, adamantite, white iron, and other rare ores.
He handed everything over to Garrick, whose eyes went wide as that mountain of ore piled up in front of him. For a moment, the blacksmith just stared with his mouth half open, then rubbed his thick hands together, grinning from ear to ear.
“Start with a thousand sets of police uniforms, five hundred sets of cavalry armor, and six thousand sets of archer armor,” Ethan said. His instructions were clear.
Garrick nodded firmly, already muttering numbers under his breath.
Soon, Ethan would announce the creation of seven new auxiliary battalions. One would be a cavalry unit of 500 mounted soldiers, assigned to the First Legion. The other six would be archer units of 1,000 men each, spread among Goldenveil’s six legions.
With that, the army would grow to 36,500 men.
Still a long way from the one hundred legions Ethan dreamed of commanding one day, but one step closer.
For now, though, he already felt more than confident about stopping an attack from the Kingdom of Burning Ice.
Not long after, Ethan left the Divine Forge and made his way back to the Golden Palace. The fresh air outside was a relief after the stifling heat of the forges, and he took a deep breath, letting the breeze cool the sweat on the back of his neck.
In the training ground, the Golden Rose Guards were training alongside the paladins of the Order of the Silver Wings.
He stopped to watch for a brief moment, the clash of blades and the scrape of boots on stone echoing off the walls, before heading up to his office.
It felt good to be back in his comfortable chair.
While he was away, Elena had taken care of the stack of documents on his desk, and now only clean, polished wood stared back at him.
With a sigh, Ethan leaned back and decided to focus on all the items he had piled up.
From the common and free gacha tickets he had opened, he held summoning cards for over thirty thousand people.
That was enough to push Goldenveil’s population past two hundred and fifty thousand and, finally, raise it to the status of a duchy.
He used them without hesitation.
He also had plenty of Rank SSS talents in the Military Talent Management System, but he had already handed all of them out among his wives, giving them temporary positions in the army just for that purpose.
Now, none of his primary wives had a talent below Rank SSS, and almost all of his concubines possessed immense talents as well.
Ironically, he was now among the least talented people in his own palace.
Ethan shook his head, chuckling softly at the thought.
In the end, he just sighed and set up the Luck System for the next four hundred draws.
It was time to use up all those premium gacha tickets piling up in his inventory.
After selecting the four main items and the eight secondary ones, Ethan used all four hundred tickets at once, filtering out anything below Rank S that wasn’t one of his chosen items.
[You used 400x Premium Gacha Tickets
Spinning…]
Dozens of screens flashed before his eyes in a blur of notifications. Ethan drummed his fingers on the armrest, and it took about thirty spins before his first Rank S item finally showed up.
[Congratulations! You received: 10x Talent Enhancement Tickets (Rank S)]
Another thirty spins went by after that. Then, to Ethan’s surprise, an intense golden light flooded the office—so bright that he had to squint.
[Congratulations! You received: 1x Divine Hammer of the Great Shipbuilder (Rank SSS)]
The handsome young man steadied his breathing, a smile slowly spreading across his face.
In the Luck System, he had designated a master shipbuilder and, of course, lower-level builders to work alongside them.
The hammer, on the other hand, hadn’t been one of his picks. It was essentially a random blessing.
It would certainly come in handy once he built the new Goldenveil shipyard.
[Congratulations! You received: 1x Card for 500 Supreme-Quality Choice Pops (Rank A)]
[Congratulations! You received: 1x Crew Summoning Card (Rank A)]
Finally, it was time for the first major item from the Luck System, and once again, Ethan’s office was swallowed by a reddish-gold light.
Another Rank SSS item!
No… Ethan quickly realized this was still only spin 99.
Two Rank SSS items before even hitting the Luck System’s limit!
[Congratulations! You received: 1x Instant Construction Engineering Blueprint for the Grand Canals of the Divine Capital of the Fallen Emperor God (Rank SSS)]
[Congratulations! You received a unique heroine: Hilda, the Divine Shipbuilder (Rank SSS)]
“Two Rank SSS items, one after the other, and even a unique heroine!”
Ethan’s heart nearly leaped out of his chest. He sat up straight, gripping the edge of the desk, and hurried to check the descriptions of the three Rank SSS items he had won.
[Name: Divine Hammer of the Great Shipbuilder
Description: It belonged to the legendary shipbuilder Hilda, the only human known to have achieved transcendence purely through her love for her craft, standing alongside the Elven Divine Tailor and the Dwarven Divine Blacksmith.
Its durability is unmatched, and it is capable of raising the Rank of any ship built with it.
Rank: SSS]
[Name: Instant Construction Engineering Blueprint for the Grand Canals of the Divine Capital of the Fallen Emperor God
Description: The canals of the Divine Capital formed a network that crisscrossed the heart of the capital of an empire from the Mythic Age, serving as the backbone of river transportation to the ports and connecting the entire city.
Equipped with water purification and cleaning systems, it was one of the city’s main recreational hubs, lined with restaurants and parks and teeming with children, its crystal-clear water reflecting the blue of the sky.
The canals will be automatically installed and will fully integrate with Goldenveil’s current infrastructure.
They are divided into a main canal, 100 meters wide, and several secondary canals, each 10 meters wide.
They include a lower deck, 5 meters wide, with pre-built establishments.
The main canal is 20 meters deep and allows large ships to pass through with the help of special maneuvering systems. It can be used to create an inland passenger port.
Effects: +1,000 Prestige, +100% Prosperity, +300% Attraction for new citizens, +200% Fertility for the seas, lakes, and rivers within Goldenveil’s territory
Rank: SSS]
Ethan let out a long sigh, running a hand through his hair.
It was all wonderful!
Then his eyes fell on Hilda’s status screen, and a grin crept across his face.
Honestly, he couldn’t even imagine how big her tits would be.
He was a very lucky man.
