The Villain Is Destined To Die But As The Creator I Know All Endings Chapter 324
How does it feel to be stared at, you ask?[ … words ]

Haru only occasionally receives random flashes of the old Leon’s past, and the specific memory of what he and Charlotte actually saw in the King’s chamber is one of the pieces that is completely missing
That being said, Leon and Eula were now planning to see what the King was really hiding.
As the plan devised itself inside his mind, the carriage skid slightly when the driver applied a sudden brake.
“Wooah!”
“Hey brat, watch where you are going!”
The carriage driver barked.
“I-I am sorry, really, really sorry.”
A small boy’s voice came from outside.
Leon smirked and glanced through the window.
A small boy with grey hair and brown eyes, wearing shabby clothes, holding a basket of fruits, was standing right in front of the carriage.
It looked like he was about to get hit by the carriage, but the driver had stopped just in time.
“Now get moving, brat! Can you not see who this carriage belongs to!”
The driver barked at the kid, trying to make him move out of the way of the carriage.
“A-apologies, sir. But, would you like to buy some fruits from me? They are tasty, and the fragrance is fresh.”
Leon’s ears perked up, and a small smirk appeared on his face.
“Are you crazy?”
The driver said.
“Do you want me to kick you away?”
“B-but, could you ask your masters inside—”
“This brat! I said get movin—”
“What is the fuss?”
Leon spoke up, popping half his body out of the window.
Veronica did not say a thing.
“Y-young master, this kid here, he is so persistent, telling you all to buy his rotten fruits.”
“Is that so…”
Leon coldly glanced at the kid, and the kid smiled at him widely.
“They are fresh and fragrant, sir~”
“Oooo, did you pluck them yourself?”
He asked, to which the kid nodded.
“Umu, my mom helped me.”
“Heh. Alright, I will buy it from you.”
Hearing that, the kid’s face lit up, and he moved away from the front of the carriage and came near Leon’s window.
“Here you go, sir!”
He said, raising his hand and handing over the basket of fruits.
Seeing Leon interacting with the boy, the carriage driver did not utter a single word.
Leon handed the boy a few coins before sitting back inside.
The carriage rolled back onto the street again.
Veronica glanced at Leon and the fruits in his hand.
“That kid earlier. Why did you let him inside your barrier?”
Leon did not answer her right away.
Instead, he plucked up an orange from the basket. Out of all the other fruits which came in pairs, only this particular orange was a single piece.
He peeled the outer shell.
And what was inside was not actually a fruit, but a crushed up piece of paper.
Veronica glanced at Leon, watching what he was doing.
Opening the paper, the first thing his eyes read was.
[To My dear Master~]
And further down, the rest of the content.
[Prince Raven Lunovar has returned back to Liora, and will be present at tonight’s banquet. By all of my sources, we have pinpointed the reason why he was in Karnak City…]
Leon flipped the paper to read the real intel.
[…Raven Lunovar had visited an old age home named ’Forever Flower’ to meet with an elderly no-named old man.]
’…Huh? An elderly old man?’
Who could this be?
Leon crushed the paper in his hand, and used his voiceless incantation to cast a fire spell to burn it.
Then he leaned back, and started thinking.
“…Raven will be here today.”
He muttered to himself, but his main objective was to let Veronica hear it too.
’…Now things will get a bit easier.’
With that thought, the carriage entered the Royal District.
The guards, the knights, and all the other mages had stopped in their tracks, and simply gazed at the Blood Tower’s carriage passing through the road with wide eyes.
The Royal District was not as vast as Eclipse Academy.
But it was hella majestic.
For the first thing, the entire place was Lunovar property, every single inch of it.
This was where all the branch families carrying royal blood lived, from the maid quarters to the knight barracks, from the servant halls to the stables, and everything in between.
They all lived closer to the palace which stood right at the center of it all, like a silent watching god that had been carved out of stone.
Every path here led back to that one building, and every family here existed to serve it.
As the Blood Tower’s carriage rolled down the road and went past, the knights cleared the entire path, halting all the other nobles and aristocrats’ carriages waiting in line, no matter the rank.
Leon and Veronica made their way toward the palace, standing before them like a giant mountain.
Leon quietly compared it to the Sapphire Castle of Evana.
He would not lie, both of them had their own perks. But Liora’s palace looked majestic, no matter how many times he looked at it.
As the carriage halted at the entrance, the knights all lined up in proper formation, raising their swords up into the air.
All of them together shouted at the top of their lungs.
“ALL HAIL LADY VERONICA!”
Damp!
They all lowered their swords and stabbed them into the ground, slightly bowing forward.
The driver opened the carriage door, and what lay before them was the red carpet.
Veronica did not smile, nor did she react to any of it, instead she looked completely ordinary.
And now that Leon noticed, she was not even wearing any banquet dress at all.
Well, not like it mattered, because her being here was already enough.
Veronica was the first to step outside and Leon followed right behind her.
As Leon stepped out, he noticed several gazes landing on him from all over the place.
Leon was used to it by now.
’Are you nervous?’ Rumi asked him.
Leon simply smirked inside his head and answered.
’This much is nothing to me.’
Then Leon’s eyes drifted up, because he saw Veronica pause mid step.
Eula, alongside Rinna, the Queen, and the King himself were all standing at the door.
Leon noticed the sweat trickling down all of their faces, and even Eula was surprised to see her.
’Well, I cannot exactly speak of my plans to her this early.’
Leon did not bow his head, nor did he greet them first.
He knew the proper hierarchy in this world. And right now, he was here with his sister.
Which meant…
The King was the first to speak.
“Lady Veronica. It is an honour to have you grace our humble banquet tonight.”
The Queen followed right after, bowing her head slightly.
“We are truly blessed by your presence, Lady Veronica.”
Then Eula and Rinna both lowered their heads together.
“Welcome, Lady Veronica.”
Then Veronica spoke up.
“The pleasure is all mine. Let us go in.” That was all she said.
The King’s eye twitched at that. But he backed away, making way for her.
Veronica walked in and Leon followed right beside her.
He met eyes with Rinna and Eula. They both smiled at him and waved slightly.
Leon did the same back.
’..oh right. Almost forgot.’
Then Leon turned toward the Queen, and stopped slightly.
“You look as beautiful as the moon tonight, dear Queen.”
