Evangeline narrowed her eyes.

“He established something called the Council and the Guardian Order. The Council was tasked with all the responsibilities of governing the Gracias kingdom. All its members consisted of the kingdom’s citizens. The citizens of the kingdom had the power to elect them through a vote. The Guardian Order was an organization that was in charge of all the kingdom’s military. Its primary function was to battle the beasts and monsters that came out of the sea and attacked the kingdom. But on the other hand, they also handled other tasks like law enforcement.”

A deep frown appeared on Evangeline’s face.
