“Poison!”

A second after Geryan said this, bodies began to fall to the ground, unconscious.

Those who were quick to react quickly took preventive measures to prevent the poison from completely affecting them.

However, many of them could feel their minds turning sluggish and their bodies not being as responsive as before.

They just wanted to sleep.

“Despicable trash! Why would you use poison in a fight like this?!”

Simon chuckled from behind the pillar the moment he heard Geryan’s words.

“I can see why a lot of you are failures. Poison is a very useful tool in the art of assassination, and even the clan recognizes that fact cause there are courses that teach about poison.”

“Anything can be used to win and kill in a battle, and at the end of the day, only the winner would live while the loser’s would be him complaining about poison.”

The moment Simon said these words, his ears twitched, and he quickly rolled to the front.

The three windows in front of him shattered as three familiar figures crashed into the building and unleashed their chaos on Simon.

Red Fang

Blue Fang

And Metal Fang, the Second Year Initiate who nearly blinded him.

An arrow made out of fire, a spear made out of ice, and a dagger coated in silver crashed into the pillar Simon was previously hiding behind.

Boom!

The pillar shattered into pieces, and Simon’s expression became slightly grave as he stared at the three members of the Iron Fangs.

From the moment he entered the liquor store and he started the battle, he had been searching for the four bastards who were the main cause behind this mess.

But he never located them, and he was a little bit baffled since he expected them to be present.

But as it turned out, they had been hiding because the Iron Fangs believed that once he saw them, he would instantly notice them and realize that he was walking into a trap.

When the battle began, they decided to watch and observe, but after seeing how the battle was unfolding, they decided to attack and kill Simon in one fell swoop.

’But where’s the last one? The one with the diamond mask? Grey Fang?’

Simon frowned, and in the next moment, he sensed a disturbance in the shadow that was close to his right hand.

Without hesitation, he jumped backward, dodging a sword coated in shadow energy.

“Tsk. So he has shadow affinity.”

The moment Simon said this, a towering figure appeared behind him and Simon looked up.

“Die!”

Geryan did not hesitate and he did not waste a single second as he swung his axe down, fully intending on killing Simon to appease the fury in his heart.

They had suffered too many losses. Losses that should not have occurred at all.

They were merely fighting a Lesser Demon, a slave, a Year One Initiate, how come they were on the losing end?

It didn’t just make any sense.

Simon’s gaze was calm and composed despite the falling axe that was close to his head.

Demonic energy flowed across his entire body, strengthening it, and his absurd cat-like reflexes and senses worked to its full power along with his decades of experience as a seasoned warrior.

He took a step to the side, completely dodging the axe, and making it seem like he performed a flash step.

And in a way… He had.

It was a technique he learned in his past life, and it was a technique his current body could perform in this sort of situation.

“What?”

Geryan’s pupils constricted when he realized that he missed.

He was extremely shocked and baffled because Simon was so close to him, and by all means, Simon should not have been able to dodge in such a short distance.

Meanwhile, Simon did not give Geryan the comprehend what just happened.

His right leg enhanced with demonic energy moved like a whip, and a powerful and resounding kick slammed into the face of the leader of the Iron Fangs.

Bang!

Geryan flew, and blood fell from beneath his mask as he flew. He crashed into a pillar, shattering it, then he crashed into the wall of the liquor store and nearly broke through it.

However, Simon’s attention was not on the leader of the Iron Fangs but on his right leg.

He felt a stinging pain in his right leg, and he knew that Geryan had protected himself with his demonic energy at the last minute.

Although his demonic energy was unique and special, the demonic energy of an Archfiend was of a much higher quality than a Fiend.

’He’s not bad.’

Simon lowered his leg, then he tilted his head to the side, dodging an ice dart.

Two figures appeared beside him with cold expressions, and Simon coldly glanced at them.

Red Fang and Metal Fang.

“Die!”

Both of them shouted at the same time and launched their attacks on Simon.

Red Fang shot out dozens of fire bullets on Simon and Metal Fang waved his right hand, and dozens of silver daggers appeared in front of him.

Both attacks flew toward Simon, but before the attacks were even launched, he jumped with all his might.

BOOM!

The attacks crashed into one another, and the explosion sent Red Fang and Metal Fang flying.

Meanwhile, with his legs and entire body coated in demonic energy, Simon reached the ceiling of the building, broke through it, then he spun in the air and threw three marbles in the hole of the roof he created.

The marbles landed on a particular shadow, and it exploded like fireworks.

Bang!

A figure tumbled out of the shadow with his clothes a complete mess and burns on several parts of his body.

Simon ears twitched again as he heard the sound of the wind, and he quickly spun to his right and saw Blue Fang scream with all his might as the floor of the entire liquor shop turned to ice and a glacier shot out of the ground toward him.

’Not bad.’

Simon’s eyes flashed, and he transferred fifty percent of his total demonic energy into his right hand.

He swung his fist into the glacier coming at him, and in the next moment.

Boom!

The glacier shattered into pieces, and to the disbelief of everybody who saw this, Simon’s right hand was perfectly okay.
